Here’s what we are asking for in your submissions. The last day for submissions will be April 25th, 2011 so don’t wait too late. Once the submissions are in we will either have the entries sent to him in a nice birthday scrapbook or have him view online. I am leaning towards mailing him a book and burning any video entries we get on a DVD and sending it out to him. It really depends on how many entries we get and what kind. But nevertheless check out the  info below for how you can wish Dwayne a happy birthday

It’s Easy to get involved you can submit a number of things but we ask that you only do 2 items max here are a few

• Birthday poems
• Fan art
• Fan signs
• Fan video tributes – you must upload to youtube then send the link
• Sport your rock gear w/a photo
• Birthday wish messages

Make sure to include your name (or nickname) and where you are from.  You can submit your birthday entries either by emailing to  or using our DJ Bday Submission form.
